At FabsAfrica, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • There is a genuine defect with the item

To be eligible:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags (if any) must still be attached

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window

How to Request a Return

Please contact us via:

Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief explanation. Once approved, a return address will be provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are made back to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues (subject to stock availability). Customers are responsible for delivery costs on exchanges unless the mistake was ours.
